3 months, 9 habits, 1 more Vibrant Me.

CfR would like to share a healthy lifestyle program created by Dr. Stacie Stephenson. Dr. Stacie is a recognized leader in functional medicine focused on integrative, regenerative, and natural medicine modalities. Her challenge will empower individuals to own their health, as a means of preventative healthcare.

Vibrancy is the energy you feel when you’re moving, thinking, and feeling your best. Even if you don’t feel that way right now. Vibrant is a lifestyle, not a diet program. Bad habits are just habits and can be broken. Good habits are just habits and can be established. Let’s help break the bad and establish the good together.

Each step of the challenge will focus on diet, movement, and connection.

*You can be the ideal you. Imagine you, but with more energy, more strength, at your ideal weight, with good fitness, no chronic pain, and a sense of fulfillment and purpose in your life. This is what it means to be vibrant, and this is a plan to make that you a reality.

*Three foundations of a vibrant life: food, movement, and connection. What you eat, how and how much you move, and how you connect with others determine health at the most basic level. Get the basics right before you get more complicated.

*For a vibrant immune system, live an anti-inflammatory lifestyle by eating antioxidant-rich foods, taking probiotics and vitamin C, exercising regularly with sufficient recovery time, and managing stress by spending some time every day doing something just for you (even if that means doing nothing at all).

*A vibrant life is a life in which you can be vital, functional, and sharp well into old age. You can start to make that happen today. Every vibrant decision you make and every vibrant habit you practice consistently will help get you there.
