Simms Fishing Products and Posh Chocolat Join Together in Sweet Support of Casting for Recovery

Limited edition chocolates benefit women with breast cancer.

Bozeman, MT. October 10, 2019 – Two Montana brands, SIMMS and Posh Chocolat, have joined together this October to support Casting for Recovery (CfR) with a unique, fly-fishing themed chocolate treat. This sweet promotion features Posh Chocolat’s recently released Montana Fly Box collection with a few SIMMS Fish and CfR Pink Fly branded bonbons to complete the box.

Each handcrafted bonbon gleams with Posh Chocolat’s signature dark chocolate and is infused with a flavor most connected with the Treasure State, huckleberry. The taste is as exquisite as it is as visually stunning – the 12 bonbons are finished with an assortment of fly patterns, the Simms Fish and the CfR Pink Fly. An added bonus is the sustainable packaging; the metal box is designed to be repurposed for that next fly fishing adventure! This unique and limited edition treat is available online at through the month of October, $24.95.

Award-winning Chef/Co-Owner, Jason Willenbrock, an outdoor enthusiast, began dreaming of a way to blend his two greatest passions – fly fishing and craft chocolate – into something that could speak to all 5 senses. “The Montana Fly Box is the best way I could think to honor this great state…and collaborating with Simms to support an important cause, especially Casting for Recovery, is beyond exciting!” says Chef Jason.

“As a longstanding national sponsor of CfR, we know the positive impact their retreats are having on thousands of women,” says Diane Bristol, Simms Sr. Director of Employee & Community Engagement. “We are excited for this opportunity to celebrate Casting for Recovery and enjoy a delicious Montana-made chocolate that ultimately connects another woman diagnosed with breast cancer to a CfR retreat.”

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month, proceeds from the sales of this limited-edition treat will be donated to Casting for Recovery. CfR is a Montana based national nonprofit that provides healing outdoor experiences for women with breast cancer. “We are excited to add a sweet layer to our long-term partnership with Simms and also to collaborate with Posh Chocolat,” says Whitney Milhoan, CfR Executive Director. “And the thoughtfulness of designing a box that can be repurposed is especially appealing.”
