Who are metastatic retreats designed for?
These retreats are designed specifically for women living with metastatic (Stage IV) breast cancer.
Do I need to be “feeling well” to attend?
Participants come with varying energy levels and symptoms. Activities are flexible and rest is always prioritized.
How are metastatic retreats different from other CfR All Stages retreats?
Metastatic retreats often move at a slower pace, allow more rest time, and focus more on emotional support, and connection with others who share a similar diagnosis.
Can I attend if I’ve already participated in a CfR All Ages / All Stages retreat?
Yes. If your diagnosis has changed, we welcome and encourage CfR All Ages or All Stages retreat alumni to apply for a CfR Stage IV retreat.
