Women at any age and any stage of treatment or recovery from breast cancer are eligible and may apply to attend the retreat nearest to them. Applicants submit their contact information online or by mail/fax and are chosen by a lottery drawing.

2024 Stage IV Retreat Calendar
In 2016, Casting for Recovery launched a retreat program exclusively for women with Stage IV (metastatic) breast cancer. Recognizing that women with advanced stage disease have specific needs, CfR has continued to expand their Stage IV retreats to serve more women. In 2024 there will be Stage IV retreats in Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Nebraska, and Texas.
These retreats are for women who have breast cancer that has spread beyond the breast and nearby lymph nodes to other parts of your body.
