Apply for a CFR Retreat
To apply for a Casting for Recovery Retreat, please
Check the sign-up deadline, and use one of the following methods:
- Use our new, secure, ONLINE Retreat Application form
- or download and print an application form and fax it to us at (802) 362-9182 or mail it to PO Box 1123, Manchester, VT 05254.
(Important: The application must be received by the application deadline date.)
**Please note that to be eligible to attend a retreat, you must be a breast cancer survivor (at any stage) living within the geographic area served by the retreat, as indicated by the listings on our Retreat Schedule Page. If you have any questions, please email info@castingforrecovery.org.
